This 2005 Mustang GT is one of the most distinctive looking mustangs on the road. At least two to three times a week, while driving around the Albuquerque area, people give me the thumbs up or stop me and tell me this is the best looking, new style, mustang they have ever seen. The photos of this mustang do not do it justice. I had the best painter/detailer do the silver stripes and pin stripping. Along side of each silver strip is a hand painted, thin, ¼ inch red pin stripe, with a clear coat from bumper to bumper. That’s why it looks so different from the dull plastic stripes placed on mustangs after the sale. Contrasting to the “beauty” is the “nasty” sound this mustang puts out. It is totally different then any other mustang you’ve heard. The combination of JBA long tube headers and Bassani exhausts mufflers is the reason. If not driving, this mustang is always in the garage; therefore, there are no dents or scratches. Also, oil changes every 3000 miles with Mobile 1. | | |
